Backtrack is a journey based on a thread of migration from smaller to larger centres and back again. Within the framework of the project, the artist builds a polyphony about the reasons for migration and the emotional connection to the land. The project tells the story of communal, district and rural Poland, which exists away from the expanding metropolises, has its own colour and vitality, but remains on the periphery.Β
